Scandinavian Transport Company A/S joins Blue Logistics Group

STK joins the Blue Logistics family

As of July 1, 2026, Skandinavisk Transport Kompagni A/S (STK) will become part of the Blue Logistics family.

STK is known for its present and flexible approach to transport tasks.

For STK, the agreement means that the company will continue with the same name, the same customers and the same daily operations under the continued management of Rasmus A. Hansen – now as part of a community with the rest of the partner companies in the Blue Logistics Group.

Rasmus A Hansen, CEO and owner of Skandinavisk Transport Kompagni A/S, says:

“It has been important for me to find a solution where STK can continue with what we are good at, I could continue to be right and at the same time become part of a network of companies that can help STK move forward. Therefore, Blue Logistics was a natural match.”

STK handles everything within private and commercial moving, including complete interior design, assembly and furniture assembly as well as the construction of exhibitions and fairs.

STK also has warehouse facilities from which efficient pick and pack solutions are delivered, making them a complete partner for both creative, technical and logistical tasks.

STK has an office and warehouse on Stamholmen in Hvidovre, Denmark.

The incorporation of STK supports the further journey and thus does not affect the announced objectives for Blue Logistics Group, which remain in terms of turnover in the range of DKK 2.2 – 2.5 billion for the Group’s 3rd financial year – 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
