Blue Logistics Group strengthens the commercial management with the appointment of Kasper Damgaard-Richardt as CCO

Blue Log Finland A/S will open  on 1 October 2026 and will be part of Blue Logistics Group's continued development of specialised, partner-driven transport companies.

Blue Log Continent Sweden AB will be led by a group of experienced partners and a strong team of freight forwarders focusing on traffic between Sweden and the European continent.

Blue Logistics Group is once again strengthening its position in the Danish transport market. CVX Logistics A/S is joining the Blue Log family and will merge its operations with Blue Log Combino Kurer ApS under the joint name Blue Log Combino ApS.

Just over six months after he said goodbye to his position on the Executive Board of DFDS, Martin Gade Gregersen will take up the position as Group CEO of Blue Logistics Group on 01 October 2026.

As of July 1, 2026, Skandinavisk Transport Kompagni A/S (STK) will become part of the Blue Logistics family.

As of 30-04-2026, Blue Logistics expanded the family with the addition of a new family member – namely Niels Pagh Logistics A/S (NPL) with subsidiaries in Spain and Latvia, respectively.

In April 2026, Blue Logistics Group expanded with the establishment of the subsidiary Blue Log Continent, which will focus on transport solutions between Denmark/Sweden and the European continent.

Blue Logistics takes over SEASUN ApS and merges the companies with Blue Log Delivery, thereby bringing together strong players within specialized furniture and auction transport solutions. The merger is a strategic step to create the strongest platform for specialized furniture and auction transport – nationally as well as internationally

Blue Logistics Group is now entering the next phase of development. This means that Mikkel Fruergaard will step down from his position, and current CFO Mikkel Berg will be appointed CEO until the right permanent and long-term CEO is found.
