Blue Logistics launches Blue Log Continent

Blue Logistics Group launches new subsidiary: Blue Log Continent

In April 2026, Blue Logistics Group expanded with the establishment of the subsidiary Blue Log Continent, which will focus on transport solutions between Denmark/Sweden and the European continent.

The company has been founded in collaboration with the two partners Oliver George Jackson and Marc Kristoffer Pedersen, and an additional partner will join the ownership group as of June 1, 2026.

The team behind Blue Log Continent has operated under the Blue Logistics umbrella over recent months, but is now being spun off as planned to strengthen their independence and create optimal conditions for growth and specialisation.

Blue Log Continent is therefore already operating on routes between Denmark and Sweden to and from the European continent – including Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic – and has established activities within crosstrade across Europe.

Oliver Jackson, Managing Director at Blue Log Continent, states:
“Marc and I worked together a few years ago and started talking about starting something together and independently – the idea grew, and we began exploring the possibilities. With those thoughts in mind, Blue Logistics was the obvious place to go, so we reached out. It quickly turned out to be the right path for us. With them, we got full independence combined with the advantages of a larger setup.”

Nicklas Eggert, COO at Blue Logistics Group, states:
“When the two of them knocked on the door, the chemistry was there from the start. The entrepreneurial fire burning in them is worth building on, and we were in tune from the start. They wanted to begin immediately – and so we found a solution where they got going under another Blue Log umbrella while we prepared their company for them. With people like these two, their impatience is a strength – and that’s why they shouldn’t have to wait for the formalities of establishing a new company. Partners should never have to wait for us at Group.”

With the establishment of Blue Log Continent, Blue Logistics Group continues its strategy of developing specialised units with strong entrepreneurial profiles that can operate independently – and with access to the Group’s platform, network and resources.
Blue Log Continent becomes the 25th company in the Blue Logistics Group since its launch in January 2024.
