Blue Logistics takes over SEASUN ApS and merges the companies with Blue Log Delivery, thereby bringing together strong players within specialized furniture and auction transport solutions. The merger is a strategic step to create the strongest platform for specialized furniture and auction transport – nationally as well as internationally

Blue Logistics Group is now entering the next phase of development. This means that Mikkel Fruergaard will step down from his position, and current CFO Mikkel Berg will be appointed CEO until the right permanent and long-term CEO is found.

Blue Logistics Group expands its Nordic presence with the acquisition of a majority stake in Haparanda Fjärrtransporter, a well-established transport and logistics company based in the northernmost part of Sweden.

In close collaboration with the Rhenus Group, Blue Logistics Group has, as of 1 November 2025, acquired the Air & Ocean activities in Norway, including employees, customers, and operations.

On November 1st, Blue Logistics Group opens its doors to yet another company far from Denmark. With the establishment of its own company in Dubai – Blue ME Logistics LLC, the way is paved for entry into the Middle East.

Blue Logistics Group A/S presents first annual financial statements. Since its inception in January 2024 and up until the financial reporting, the group has realized the expected revenue level of DKK 1.0 billion and an EBITDA of DKK 30 million.

Nicklas Eggert takes over as Group COO at the same time as Nikolaj Meyland-Smith resigns. From now on, Mikkel Fruergaard will hold the position of Group CEO.

Uni-way A/S enters as the next family member here shortly after the announcement regarding Fogtmann A/S' entry into the group. Partners behind Uni-way and Blue Logistics respectively have entered into an agreement to transfer the majority of shares in Uni-way A/S.
