Niels Pagh Logistics joins the family!

Niels Pagh Logistics A/S becomes part of the Blue Logistics family

As of 30-04-2026, Blue Logistics expanded the family with the addition of a new family member – namely Niels Pagh Logistics A/S (NPL) with subsidiaries in Spain and Latvia, respectively.

Blue Logistics is built on an entrepreneurial approach to transport and logistics, where proximity to customers, quick decision-making and high flexibility are key elements. The company stands on the DNA – Partnership and Freedom – which matches well with NPL, which is also built on partnership between several partners and this remains as such.

One of the 2 founders of NPL – Flemming Jørgensen says: “We – the 2 old founders – ed. Flemming and Michael – are not getting any younger, and therefore we have been working with a model for a generational change for the last few years. We took the plunge and knocked on the door of Blue Logistics, as we thought they could be the right partner for us on the onward journey.” And continues  “ The crucial thing for us was that we were allowed to build on the foundation that we have created ourselves and that the younger generation of partners in NPL also want to build on. The model in Blue Logistics Group – where we have the freedom to do it in our own way and at the same time get the best of being able to do more together – that – and then the chemistry with them,  It was just the match we were looking for.”

The incorporation of the new family member is based on a common view on business and relationships. NPL contributes with experience, strong customer relationships and operational know-how, which complements Blue Logistics’ existing setup and creates new opportunities across the organization – and now with specialist knowledge in new markets.

The second of the 2 founders of NPL – CEO Michael Pagh concludes: “Everything continues as before in NPL, our customers and colleagues will not experience a change – maybe a little, but only for the better, as we will have more solutions in the catalogue. But our young partners and colleagues, they can now recognize the long-term road forward and our customers will still be serviced out of  Vejen (Ed. City in Jutland). That was crucial for us in our decisionmaking”
